4. IF HORSE IS UNREGISTERED, A CLEAR FULL BODY PHOTO OF THE HORSE IS REQUIRED.
5. IF JOINING AT THE ARENA, A COPY OF REGISTRATION OR PHOTO MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN
10 DAYS OF APPLICATION OR NO POINTS WILL BE AWARDED.
